Kennesaw/Marietta is filled with historical landmarks, cool cemeteries, and forgotten homes. There is a house about ten minutes from my apartment that I took pictures of last fall (before I got my new shiny camera) and I've been wanting to go back ever since.
Maybe, weather permitting and attendees permitting, those that come to Creative Space Sunday can take the drive over to this place and take some pictures.
We need to do a shoot there, want to reshoot the costume from my abandoned train station set and I knw wyou'd so better than the other photog did. I want the goth-dolly-urban decay theme to be prevalent. Let's schedule a shoot. I need portfolio mages.
I don't know if this is very "urban decay" hehe...it has more of a forgotten country feel to me. I love to shoot you there. It's not the most secluded place, but if we catch it on a good day, then it should work fine...plus I can photoshop it :)
I'd really love to go to that train station too though.
We can easily shoot at that train station. Not even PS tutorials could rescue the makeup massacre that hack makeup artist did to me. LOL! It's also relatively secluded, only cars drive by and gawk. We'll have to schedule something them. It's just in Dallas/Hiram off of Thornton Rd.
I like the saloon-ruin country smalltown decay peeling paint look. Then again, I still dream of a shot in the Corner's bathroom for some absurdist reason:) I need my portfoliop to keep up with my weight loss. 40 lbs now...and not by choice.
You know The Corner isn't open on Sundays. I'll be I could get Heather and Tom to let us in one day :)
That would be fun to shoot there at that station and we can go to this house too. It's really not far and it's partially obscured by trees and very easy to walk to from the car. It's right next to Kennesaw Mountain. I need to do some more shoots and such.
